Here at Beach Physical Therapy, we create custom treatment programs to meet each patient's specific needs. In addition to your treatment, you may given a stretching and exercise program to follow at home to aid in your recovery process.
We participate in a large number of popular health plans. Please contact us or call our office at 631.874.6860 for the most updated list of accepted insurance plans. We also offer comprehensive wellness programs for patients with insufficient or no insurance coverage.
If you are a new patient or a returning patient with a new condition, please fill out our All Patient Form and Medical History Questionnaire before your appointment. Please also fill out the paperwork below pertaining to your condition (Neck Form, Back Form, etc.). It will give your physical therapy provider important information about how your condition affects your everyday life.
Gregory Beach is a Stony Brook University graduate with a degree in physical therapy.
Greg is constantly expanding his knowledge of the human body and his physical therapy expertise. He is an expert in sports medicine and has trained college athletes and clients. Greg continues to stay active in the community as a volunteer and promotes active life styles in children by coaching soccer teams.
Greg is also a certified full body Active Release Techniques (ART) therapist - this includes nerve entrapment, spinal, and upper and lower extremity techniques that can enhance your recovery and treatment.
Izabela Beach is also a PT graduate of Stony Brook University and one of a few certified Schroth Therapists in Suffolk County.
The Schroth method for scoliosis is a conservative method that consists of exercises in three dimensions for all ages to elongate and correct imbalances of the trunk and spine. The goal is to develop the inner muscles of the rib cage in order to change the shape of the torso and trunk and to correct spinal abnormalities.
Izabela is also active in taking many other continuing education courses, including training in Pilates which she uses frequently in her patient care.
